MTA Vietnam2008 brings international manufacturing capabilities into Hanoi
Strengthens inaugural show's international appeal with high-powered showcase by reputable industry leaders
 

Vietnam, 8 July 2008 ¨C With a powerful line up of international manufacturing showcase from Germany and Japan, MTA Vietnam2008 is more than ready to meet the demands of Vietnam's manufacturing sectors when its Hanoi edition debuts tomorrow on 9 July 2008 at the Giang Vo Exhibition Centre (VEFAC).

More than 382 exhibiting companies, of which 80 percent are from overseas, from 25 country/regions will occupy the exhibition halls, and eight international group pavilions represented by Czech Republic, Germany, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan to showcase high quality machine tools and technological solutions to trade visitors.

VDW (German Machine Tool Builders' Association)
VDW, a leading industrial association in the metalworking sector, is the voice of the German tool industry. The Association supports its members in all relevant areas within the machine tool sector - from knowledge transfer, representing their interests to legislators, authorities, client industries and the public - both in Germany and overseas.

For the first time in Vietnam, visitors to the show will get to experience modern German tool capabilities at the German group pavilion coordinated by VDW and the German Federal Government. A total of 15 German exhibiting companies will be hosted under the pavilion across 358 square metres of the exhibition floor ¨C boasting one of the biggest foreign participation at the show. Some of the German exhibitors include TRUMPF, SIEMENS, G¨¹EHRING and DMG ¨C established leaders in the international manufacturing industry offering a wide scope of technological range across all processes, including metal cutting and forming machine tools, laser technology, tools, parts and accessories, and services.

Amada Co., Ltd
Amada, established since 1946 in Japan, is engaged in the principal business of manufacturing and sales of sheet metal processing machinery, bandsaws, presses and machine tools.
