Accommodation Requirement: List below are details of the official hotel accommodation rates have been secured by the organisers. As the room situation is expected to be extremely critical during this period, reservations are subjected to room availability and a higher room rate may apply.

You are strongly encouraged to make your travel arrangements as early as possible. For hotel reservations, please refer to the attached respective hotel booking forms. Complete and fax the form to your preferred hotel, indicating the name of the hotel's representative. Please keep a copy of the completed form for your own reference.

*For complimentary shuttle bus services provided by selected hotels as indicated above, please note that the services are only for exhibitors staying in these hotels and are subject to the total number of rooms booked by the exhibitors. Please check with the respective hotels for the latest information regarding shuttle bus services at the point of room reservation.

• Daily breakfast is included in all the rates for the room types stated above.
• Internet services are included in all the rates for the room types except Windsor Plaza Hotel.
• All rates quoted exclude prevailing taxes and services charges, applicable for the room types stated above only and subject to room availability at time of reservation.
• Hotel reservation and arrangements are of sole responsibility of exhibitors and visitors.
• In the event that your travel dates change after submitting the reservation forms, please inform the hotel directly.
