Since 2005, MTA VIETNAM continues to be the link for providers of manufacturing technologies and services to meet Vietnam's manufacturing market. The 10th edition marks the strong standing record of bridging suppliers and buyers at the event. South Vietnam remains as an attractive business platform for overseas and local countries.
According to VOV News, foreign direct investment (FDI) hits US$5 billion in first half of year 2011, Ho Chi Minh City was the country's biggest destination for foreign investors as it attracted US$1.47 billion of FDI registered capital in the first six months. The southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Hanoi ranked second and third, respectively.
